2010 S.V.A. Supporters Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS ("BC/EFA")
Updates: Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS raises funds and provides other assistance for AIDS-related causes throughout the United States and, now in recent years, at many other places in the World. Since its founding over 20 years ago in 1988, BC/EFA has raised over one hundred seventy-five million dollars ($175,000,000) for critically-needed services and so much more for people with AIDS, HIV-related illnesses, HIV itself and numerous other serious illnesses and conditions! Join with the national theatre, performing arts and dance communities in supporting BC/EFA.

Wonderful Results:
"Jersey Boys" Chicago (National Touring Company) raised the most
funds for BC/EFA in this annual "Gypsy-of-the-Year" competition.
"Equus" is the winning Broadway show fundraiser. The
fund-raising runner-up for Broadway shows is "Wicked". "The Lion
King" won the best stage presentation -- a magnificent dance
number -- at this event's talent competition. The runner-up
is "Hairspray", which featured all actresses who played 'Motormouth',
including the S.V.A.'s longtime singing friend Darlene Love.
